‘I came to Glen at a particularly stressful time in my life. During the first session I went into a deep trance. However I could feel an intense burning sensation at the bottom of my spine.
I have always been interested in psycho spiritual aspects of the mind body so I looked up Louise Hay (Heal your body, heal your life) and found out that lower spine issues are a reflection of ‘carrying the burdens of others’ which is exactly what I had been doing.
The real miracle was in my yoga. I had been having issues with my balance which was completely resolved following my work with Glen. I had the sense that the bad energy I had built up at the bottom of my spine was blocking the access to my core. Hence the balance issues.
